Dr Michael Lavin

Michael qualified as a dentist from Trinity College Dublin in 1998. He worked in Dublin, London and Sydney before opening his own practice in Dublin in 2004. He returned to Donegal and commenced as principal dentist at Bunbeg Dental in March 2019. Michael is a former president of the metro branch of the IDA. Michael prioritises creating a friendly, warm & calm environment to give his patients a positive dental experience.

Dr Ewa Jahnz

Originally from Poland, Ewa Jahnz graduated from the University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland in 2000 with the DDS degree. After graduation Ewa worked in Poland as a general dentist. In 2005 she moved to Ireland and started working in Bunbeg Dental Practice. In 2012 Ewa completed her MSc in Primary Dental Care (with special interest in Periodontics) at Glasgow University. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and working with patients to build a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. As well as dentistry she has an interest in Biopharmaceutical Sciences and she attained a Postgraduate Certificates in Biopharmaceutical Processing level 8 from IT Tralee and level 9 from IT Sligo. Currently she is studying Biopharmaceutical Scienes at IT Sligo to obtain Postgraduate Diploma.
